Why we built this
Most practice websites run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads with no consent gate at all. Under HHS/OCR's December 2022 guidance on tracking technologies, that's a real exposure for any HIPAA-covered site — not just a cookie-banner nicety.
Consential blocks those scripts until a visitor makes an actual choice, keeps an append-only record of that choice, and syncs it into the practice's CRM so downstream marketing respects it automatically.
Where we are today
Consential is rolling out first across the practices in the VMMG hair restoration and aesthetics network, before opening up to other practices directly.
